Not much time to write right now, I need to get ready for the wedding!
Yesterday I did my regular workout with a total distance of 5.35 miles (ran 1.25 miles). Here's what I ate:
cereal
bratwurst with bun and ketchup
hamburger (no bun) with ketchup
chips
2 chicken wings
1/2 spinach wrap
a few fries
more chips
many light beers
