I've already lost 2 lbs so far this week (I was 169.4 on Friday) and I've got 3 more days til the week's over! I hope to be 168 this Friday. I also hope to have my re-assessment this Saturday.
Yesterday for my workout I did the elliptical for 10 minutes, ran .75 miles, and walked 1 mile. Here's what I ate:
cereal
2 slices leftover pizza
kefir
apple
granola bar
2 handfuls pistachios
3/4 steak
large serving mashed potatoes with brown gravy
