Hurray, I lost quite a bit of weight yesterday! I've lost almost 3 pounds this week. Hopefully I can lose 1 more before my re-assessment with Ashley this Saturday so she doesn't think I'm a complete slob (I've only lost 1 pound since my last re-assessment).
I'm starting to get shin splints again. :( This is really annoying. I guess I will have to start to do more elliptical and less running.
Yesterday for my workout I went to the pilates class then ran 1 mile, walked 1 mile, ran .5 miles, and walked .25 miles. Here's what I ate:
cereal
venison chili with shredded cheese
kefir
apple
granola bar
beef jerky
frozen vegetable Indian dish
1 piece of naan
2 mini muffins
