My actual weight was 162.4 today, but I couldn't stand to let that be my end-of-month weight, considering the fact that it's probably just because of all the sodium I had yesterday. I didn't realize how much salt was in those potstickers until I added it on MyFitnessPal! I wanted to be 160 by tomorrow, which sadly, I think, is not going to happen. I don't know if I mentioned this before, but I'm trying to get down to 155 by November 17, my sister's wedding. I've noticed that a dress size is about 10 lbs, and since I was in size 12 at 165, I was hoping to be a size 10 for the wedding (my parents generously bought me my bridesmaids dress in multiple sizes). My main reason for this is that I don't want to be inbetween sizes and look awkward, but I also would like the smaller size so I can wear it again--it's a really cute dress. Anyway, I think I'm sort of on track to get there by then. If my weight this Saturday is between 159 and 160, I will only have 4 more lbs to lose in 2 weeks.
