158.6 I've Lost 30 Lbs!

I've officially lost 30 lbs!  It feels so great.  A while back, when I had lost 10 lbs, I made this post about the changes I already started to see in my life.  Besides those, I now feel more athletic.  When biking on the trail, I pass a lot of people and no one (even serious cyclists) pass me (well ok...the other day, one guy passed me, but that's because it was really windy which I'm not used to.  And that was the first time in about 3 months!).  Due to my strength training, I've become pretty muscular and I get the feeling that athletic people (random ones I don't know) sort of respect me instead of seeing me as just a fat person trying to lose weight.  In addition, my closet is expanding; I've been able to dust off clothes that have been in storage the last couple years because they were too small!  I feel amazing.
