160.0 Lost 1.4 Lbs This Week

So, unfortunately I was correct in my last post about all that weight loss being just a fluke.  However, I think my high weight today is also a bit fluky, probably due to high sodium intake.  I think I should probably be about 159 or a little less.

The weather gods are crazy but kind!  (to us in the midwest, not out east!)  It was ridiculously warm out  today and there's a high of 74 tomorrow!  I will be going to the zoo with Jack's sister and her two kids.  It will be my first time at the St. Louis Zoo; I keep telling myself it's crazy I haven't been because it's free!
